What’s the Opportunity?

RCL Foods is looking to provide an exciting 12-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunity for HR students who need to complete their in-service training as part of their final qualification. This internship offers you a chance to gain hands-on experience and practical exposure to various aspects of Human Resources within a corporate environment.

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR teams at RCL Foods, supporting day-to-day HR functions, learning HR best practices, and developing the necessary skills to thrive in the HR field.

Who Should Apply?

  • You must be in your final year of studying towards an HR qualification (Degree or Diploma).
  • You should need 12 months of in-service training (WIL) to complete your qualification.

  • A letter from your tertiary institution confirming the need for Work Integrated Learning (WIL) and the duration required for your studies.
