About Sanlam Corporate Learnership
Sanlam Corporate, part of the Sanlam Group, is offering a 12-month Youth Empowerment Programme (YEP) Learnership aimed at equipping unemployed youth with practical skills and a national qualification. The programme targets designated groups to help build a sustainable, diverse, and empowered talent pipeline for the future.
High-performing learners may be considered for permanent junior roles at the end of the programme.
What the Learnership Offers

What You Will Do
- Learn about Sanlam’s products and services
- Attend classroom-based learning and complete assessments
- Participate in practical, onsite training
- Compile a Portfolio of Evidence
- Complete a logbook for workplace-based learning
- Execute assigned tasks under supervision
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Age: 18 to 35 years
- Unemployed and not currently studying or holding a tertiary qualification
- Completed Grade 12 with:
- Minimum 50% in English
- Minimum 50% in Maths, Maths Literacy or Accounting
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Access to reliable transport
- Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
