- Requirements:
- Degree or BTech in Public Administration or similar
- 3–5 years’ experience in M&E or field research
- Strong knowledge of local government systems
- Responsibilities:
- Implement mSCOA compliance and governance
- Maintain financial structures in line with mSCOA requirements
4. Senior Manager: mSCOA Unit (SCPL19096)
- Department: Strategy & Corporate Planning
- Salary: R850,440 – R1,166,640 per annum (plus benefits)
- Requirements:
- BCom, Public Admin, or relevant NQF Level 7 qualification
- 8 years’ management experience, 4 at senior level
- Responsibilities:
- Lead support services strategy
- Ensure compliance with financial legislation and controls
5. Manager: Legal & Compliance (HSET19447)
- Department: Human Settlements
- Salary: R671,064 – R920,592 per annum (plus benefits)

- LLB degree or equivalent
- 5–8 years’ legal or compliance experience
