An exciting Operations Intern opportunity is now open at the Dunns Northern Support Office in Modderfontein, Edenvale. This role is ideal for a motivated and analytical graduate who is passionate about business operations and administration.
As part of the Operations Team, the intern will be responsible for supporting the department with essential administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and document management
- Collation of operational and in-store information
- Diary and schedule management
- Support with budget administration
- Manage fleet and credit card expenditure reports
- Prepare presentations and take meeting minutes
- Maintain files and update records
- Assist with internal communications and reports
Minimum Qualifications
- A relevant Diploma qualification
- Computer literacy (MS Office proficiency is essential)

- Fluent in English (second official language is an advantage)
