e-Rele Learnership Programme 2026/27 – Grade 12 required. e-Rele is offering an exciting 12-month Learnership Programme for 50 unemployed youth. This programme combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience, giving you the skills and qualifications needed to build a career in the service industry.

What the Learnership offers

• Stipend: R3,000 per month
• Nationally recognised NQF Level 4 and 5 qualification

Requirements

• South African citizen with a valid ID
• Between 18 and 35 years old – Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
• Currently unemployed
• Able to commit to the full 12-month programme
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Computer literacy, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service
• Clear criminal record and no participation in a previous learnership programme

Responsibilities

• Attend all theoretical and practical training sessions
• Provide high-level customer service via inbound and outbound interactions
• Resolve customer queries and complaints
• Capture and confirm customer orders accurately
• Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders
• Promote e-Rele’s services and products
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Complete all assessments and portfolio requirements
