Caxton & CTP Publishers and Printers is hiring a General Assistant for its SA Litho Factory in Parow, Western Cape.

The successful candidate will assist with production and finishing duties, including packaging labels, checking quantities and quality, moving bundles, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

Requirements

• Grade 11 qualification
• Previous manufacturing or label-printing experience
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Good teamwork skills
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn

Duties

• Shrink-wrap and box bundles of labels
• Check bundle quantities and quality
• Apply identification labels
• Move bundles using a pallet jack rider
• Assist with quality checks during production
• Perform general housekeeping and maintenance duties
