About the Programme:
This 12-month Graduate Development Programme is designed to transform graduates into high-performing professionals through on-the-job training, mentorship, and coaching in the Facilities Department.
Position: Graduate in Training – Facilities Department
Contract Duration: 12 months
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 1–2 years’ work experience in the field (advantageous)
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (advantageous)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Facilities Department
- Liaise with on-site contractors
