What You Will Learn and Contribute To
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data protection compliance
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Assist with benefits documentation and liaise with the People Care Partner
- Support payroll processing and HR data gathering
- Help implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee engagement events
- Liaise with stakeholders for HR-related initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Familiarity with South African labour laws
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR tools
Preferred Skills
- Multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data accuracy and record-keeping abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
