This is an office-based role located in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities
- You will contribute to identifying growth opportunities within the consumables business through market analysis, customer mapping and commercial insights, supporting Philips’ mission to improve healthcare access and outcomes.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing and Clinical Applications, while interacting with customers and commercial stakeholders across South Africa.
- Through structured on-the-job learning, sales call shadowing and commercial projects, you will develop analytical, business development and customer engagement skills that will provide a strong foundation for a future career in sales and commercial management.

Requirements
You’re the right fit if:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
- Business Administration,
- Marketing,
- Finance,
- Accounting,
- Biomedical Engineering,
- Healthcare Management
- or a related field.
- You are fluent in English and demonstrate a proactive mindset, customer focus and willingness to learn.
- You are a recent graduate or are completing your final year of study prior to the programme start date.
- You have strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in commercial and sales environments.
