Programme Overview

Kick-start your career with Pick n Pay’s UIF Skills Programmes. Gain practical workplace experience, develop valuable retail skills and build a pathway to future employment through structured learning and on-the-job training.

Duration: 6 – 12 Months contract

Learning Model: Blended Learning (Online + In-store Practical Experience)

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Aged between 18–40 years of age
• Be a South African citizen
• Currently unemployed
• Passion for customer service, retail and food
• Willing to work retail trading hours
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to completing a 6 – 12 months development programme
