Internship Overview

Publicis Groupe South Africa is inviting applications for Le Cubs 2026, a 12-month internship programme based in Johannesburg. This opportunity is designed for graduates and early-career talent who have completed a relevant tertiary qualification and want to gain practical workplace experience in a fast-moving agency environment.

Interns will join agency teams across creative, project management, finance, production and OOH, with exposure to real work, collaboration, mentorship and the day-to-day rhythm of agency life.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day work within the allocated agency or department.
• Assist with live projects, campaign tasks, production coordination, finance administration, creative development or OOH activity, depending on the role.
• Work closely with team members, managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Attend meetings, contribute ideas, take notes, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Prepare documents, presentations, reports, schedules, or project trackers where relevant.

Minimum Requirements

• Must hold a relevant completed tertiary qualification, namely a 3-year degree or a 3-year diploma, aligned to the field in which the intern will be placed.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to participate in a 12-month internship based in Johannesburg from 01 September 2026.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to professional growth.
