SANEDI Learnership Programme 2026 (X300 Posts) available – Matric required. SANEDI is offering an EPC SDP Learnership for suitable unemployed youth in South Africa. 300 Posts available for candidates with Grade 12 / Matric certificate qualifications.

Location: KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, Western Cape, Mpumalanga, Limpopo,
Northern Cape and Free State

Closing Date: 18/09/2026

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• South African citizens aged 18–35 years
• Must be unemployed
• Have a Grade 12/Matric certificate or an NQF Level 4 equivalent Qualification
• Have Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy at Grade 12 Matric or NQF Level 4
• Be willing and available to participate in the full 10-day programme
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Be willing to undertake field-based data collection activities where required

Successful learners will gain adequate knowledge to generally support qualified/competent EPC professionals and energy specialists by collecting, recording, verifying and capturing building and energy-use data required for EPC and energy-efficiency assessments.

The EPC Skills Development Data Collector qualification will enable learners to work
for:

• Energy service companies (ESCOs )
• Energy consulting firms
• EPC-related organisations
