Sasol, in partnership with The Education Support Forum (TEDSF) and the Jobs Fund, is offering an exciting four-week PV (Photovoltaic) training programme for South African youth who are passionate about renewable energy. This initiative aims to boost skills development, employability, and entrepreneurship in South Africa’s green economy—especially in the solar energy sector.

About the Programme
The Sasol PV Training Programme is designed to:
- Equip youth with practical technical skills in solar energy
- Increase employability in the renewable energy space
- Support aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners seeking to expand into green energy
Minimum Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be 18 to 35 years old
- Be interested in green energy careers (especially solar)
- Be willing to commit to the 4-week training
- Have NCV Level 4 Engineering Studies or N3–N6 Engineering Studies
- Be a resident of uMhlathuze Local Municipality
- Existing business owners are welcome if they seek to enhance their technical knowledge
