About the SCO-TECH Learnership Programme
SCO-TECH is offering exciting engineering learnership opportunities for unemployed youth who are passionate about technical and engineering careers.
The programme is aimed at equipping learners with practical workplace skills and industry experience within the Process and Maintenance Department.
Available Learnership Fields
Applicants can apply in the following fields:
- Diesel Mechanics
- Instrumentation
- Rigger
- Welding
- Electrical
- Millwright
- Boilermaker
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 or N2 qualification
- Mathematics and Science (passed subjects)
- Basic computer skills
- South African citizenship
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
Required Skills and Competencies
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- Teamwork skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
