SITA: Learnerships 2026 / 2027

SITA has exciting opportunities for Learnerships in Data Centre Environment. Successful candidates will be enrolled on the Occupational Certificate: Cloud Administrator (NQF4) qualification, a structured programme that combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience.

Learners who successfully complete the 12-month learnership programme may be considered for absorption into SITA, subject to organisational needs and the availability of vacancies.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be unemployed South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
• Be in possession of a Matric/Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 4.
• Be computer literate.
• Be willing to participate in both theoretical learning and practical workplace training.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Applicants must not have previously participated in a learnership programme within SITA.
