This programme aims to provide practical workplace exposure for graduates with retail, business, supply chain and related qualifications. Successful candidates will join a dynamic retail distribution environment where they will develop essential industry skills.
Who Should Apply? (Eligibility Requirements)
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age: 18–34 years
- Education: Diploma or Degree from a Higher Education and Training Institution (HETI)
- Field of Study: Wholesale and Retail–related programmes
- Matric (certified copy required)
- Must be unemployed
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to learn, reliable, and a team player
- Must demonstrate attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Must embrace SPAR Values: Family, Entrepreneurship, Passion
Relevant Qualifications Include (But Not Limited To):
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics Management
- Transport Management
- Procurement Management
- Financial Accounting / Financial Management / Cost Management
