The State Diamond Trader invites self-motivated and suitably qualified South African graduates to apply for the Human Resources Internship Programme 2025, based at its head office. This is a 2-year fixed-term internship contract designed to offer practical workplace experience to recent graduates in Human Resource Management.

About the Internship
This HR internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resource administration, recruitment, training, performance management, and employee wellness. For the first 6 months, the selected intern will undergo training to prepare for full administrative responsibilities within the HR Department.
Minimum Requirements
- A Human Resource Management qualification (NQF Level 7)
- Must have graduated from a South African higher education institution within the last 3 years
- Must be a South African citizen

Key Responsibilities (Post-Training)
- Provide admin support in policy development and HR strategy
- Assist in job evaluation and job description reviews
- Support performance management and recruitment processes
- Maintain employee files and manage monthly payroll inputs
- Administer training and development records
- Liaise with SETA (MQA) on Work Skills Plan implementation
- Submit quarterly STATS SA reports
- Coordinate employee wellness activities
- Assist with security and facilities administration
- Support front office receptionist duties when required
