Key Responsibilities
The Finance Intern’s day-to-day activities will include:
- Payment Allocation:
Accurately allocating customer payments using the Kazi Plan system and responding to payment queries across different communication channels. - DebiCheck Onboarding:
Assisting in onboarding customers onto the DebiCheck payment collection platform, ensuring all necessary documentation and data are captured correctly. - Inverter Sales Tracker:
Maintaining and updating the inverter sales tracker while addressing customer and internal queries related to inverter sales. - Agent Incentives:
Processing weekly and monthly agent incentive payments, ensuring timely disbursement and accurate financial records. - Month-End Activities:
Supporting various month-end closing activities to facilitate smooth financial reporting. - Administrative Duties:
Helping with application and documentation processing and maintaining an organized filing system for ease of access and audit readiness.
