Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) is offering a 24-month Graduate Internship Programme designed to provide workplace experience aligned to the intern’s academic qualification and career aspirations. This opportunity is available within the Continuous Improvement Department at the Port of Durban.

Purpose:
To offer a structured training programme under the supervision of a qualified professional, helping the intern gain hands-on experience and career development within the Transnet environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow a structured training programme
- Participate in performance reviews and assessments
- Perform duties as per the development programme and as reasonably required
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma / Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Must be 18-35 years old
- South African citizen
- No prior work experience within the field of study
- Preference will be given to applicants from KwaZulu-Natal Province

- Good written and communication skills
