About This Role

The U-Belong Learnership is designed to equip unemployed South Africans with practical workplace experience while providing structured training that leads to a recognised qualification.

Participants work as Sales Consultants, travelling in teams to different locations where they promote and sell telecommunication products and services. Throughout the programme, learners receive practical training, mentorship and workplace exposure that prepares them for future employment opportunities.

In addition to gaining work experience, successful learners receive a Business Practice NQF Level 1 Certificate accredited by MICT SETA, giving them a recognised qualification that can improve future career prospects.
