What You’ll Be Doing
- Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship
- Handle FTTH technical queries from customers
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve fibre connectivity issues
- Record and track customer interactions and technical resolutions
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain professional and efficient service standards
- Stay updated on the latest telecom products and support tools
