Programme Overview

The YES4Youth Programme is a national initiative designed to give unemployed young people valuable workplace experience. Through this 12-month learnership, participants will gain practical exposure in a retail sales environment while developing essential customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide accurate product knowledge and application advice.
• Assist with additional duties within the branch when required.
• Follow company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards on the sales floor.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
• Must be a Black South African citizen as defined by BEE regulations.
• Age: 18–34 years.
• Must be currently unemployed.
• Applicants must not have previously participated in the YES Programme.
