KwaZulu-Natal Department of Community Safety invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for Graphic Design Graduate Internship Programme 2025.

- Duration: 24 months
- Stipend: R7,450.75 per month

Requirements
To be eligible for this graduate internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification:
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
- Age:
- Between 18 and 35 years old.
- Experience:
- Must have no prior work experience.
- Internship History:
- Applicants should not have previously participated in any graduate internship programme.
Key Duties
The selected intern will be responsible for:
- Creating Visual Content: Design graphics for both digital and offline platforms (e.g., websites, print adverts, digital posters, logos, and videos).
- Concept and Layout Design: Conceptualize and design layouts based on feedback and requirements.
- Design Production: Develop overall layouts for banners, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks within the Communications sub-directorate.

- Ensure it’s the latest Z83 form (2023 version), fully completed and initialed on each page.
- Detailed CV: Highlight your qualifications, skills, and any relevant experience.
- Signed Affidavit from a commissioner of oaths confirming unemployment status and that you have not previously benefited from an internship programme.
- Proof of Residence: This can be an electricity bill, retail statement, or affidavit from a local councillor.
