Join our team as a Commercial Intern, supporting the Key Account Manager and broader Commercial team. Assist with managing customer project systems, ensure timely follow-up on key actions from customer visits, and provide essential administrative and secretarial support. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating Commercial and Customer systems, as well as managing customer Master Data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
- Prepare monthly Sales reports to monitor customer and territory performance.
- Support the Sales Team with general CRM activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Plan and coordinate customer visits in collaboration with the Sales Team.
- Plan and coordinate customer meetings and visits in line with business priorities and schedules.
- Assist with preparing presentation materials for customer engagements led by the Key Account Manager.
- Manage the process for price quotation requests, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers.
- Monitor customer price adjustment schedules and ensure timely updates of pricing information in all systems.
- Maintain accurate customer Master Data, ensuring consistency, reliability, and compliance across all commercial systems and processes.
- Assist the Key Account Manager with customer identification activities in new territories
- Assist in quarterly update of territory potential file
Sample Management
- Request samples from production units through the CRM system for customer briefs or product comparisons.
- Coordinate and dispatch all customer samples, ensuring that required documentation and certifications are included.
- Manage and track all sample requests within the customer project system, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates on sample status and delivery timelines.
Secretarial
- Assist with travel arrangements requirements for the Key Account Manager.
- Assist with action and minute taking of all project meetings
- Monitor project timelines and proactively send reminders to team members to ensure timely task completion.
- Handle general filing and correspondence for the department, ensuring records are organized and up to date.
- Maintain electronic filing systems for customer documentation, visit reports, and product information.
- Foster effective communication with cross-functional teams—including Development, Marketing, CMI, andSystem Power-Users—to complete tasks and maintain workflow efficiency.

- Business Administration Qualification (or equivalent)
