KZN Sport, Arts and Culture In-Service Training 2026/2027

The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Sport, Arts and Culture has opened applications for its Work Integrated Learning Programme 2026/2027.

This in-service training opportunity is aimed at unemployed students who need practical workplace experience to complete their qualifications.

Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of R5 865.25 while gaining workplace exposure within various Department of Sport, Arts and Culture offices across KwaZulu-Natal.

Who Can Apply?

Applications are invited from unemployed youth residing in KwaZulu-Natal.

Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.

Applicants must be studying towards relevant Diploma qualifications.

Applicants must require experiential learning to complete their qualifications.

Applicants must not have previously participated in a Work Integrated Learning Programme within a government department.

Applicants must not have been exposed to work experience in their field of study.

The department encourages applicants from designated groups and designated areas to apply.
