Programme Overview

Join a prestigious Private Banking Academy Program, designed for top graduates in finance and investment who aspire to become elite Private Advisors. This exclusive, contract-based program offers hands-on training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy, providing you with the skills and knowledge required to serve high-net-worth individuals.
 

Upon completion, candidates will be evaluated based on their performance, with the top achievers being offered a permanent position within the bank, paving the way for a successful career in private banking.

The programme will be run from our 3 main hubs – Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal and Cape Town and will require candidates to be based in these regions.

Requirements:

Completed FAIS accredited NQF level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in BCom:

• Financial Planning,
• Estate Planning,
• Financial Management,
• Accounting
• Economics

Applicants must have a strong interest in pursuing a client facing role in Financial Planning and Wealth Management.
