Requirements

- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, operating systems, and general IT support practices.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of programming languages or software development principles is an advantage.
