SENWES Agrinet: Distribution Clerk Position Available in Centurion (Gauteng). SENWES Agrinet is looking for a Distribution Clerk to provide administrative support during the night shift, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and preparation of deliveries.

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• At least 1 year of general office administration experience
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge and experience of the ACS Embrace operating system will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Check and release routes and verify route volumes
• Load and manage delivery scanners and ensure they are available and operational
• Prepare trip sheets, tax invoices, diesel cards, and other driver/crew documentation
• Maintain waybills, reports, and KPIs accurately
• Run and distribute relevant reports
• Investigate stock not loaded or delivered, including NTH (Not To Hand)
• Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with health and safety requirements
