About the Bosch Group YES Programme

The Bosch Group Youth Employment Service Programme is aimed at helping unemployed South African youth gain practical workplace experience and develop new skills.

Successful participants will be mentored for 12 months and placed in various departments within Bosch operations.

The programme will be based at:

• Bosch Midrand Offices
• Bosch Brits Manufacturing Plant

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have Grade 12 / Matric.
• Be South African citizens.
• Be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Be currently unemployed.
• Be fluent in English, including speaking, reading and writing.
• Not have previously participated in a YES Programme.

Advantageous Qualifications

A Degree or Diploma in any of the following fields will be advantageous:

• Logistics
• Supply Chain
• Commercial fields
• Finance
• Sales and Marketing

Applicants without these qualifications may still consider applying if they meet the stated minimum requirements, as the additional qualifications are listed as advantageous.
