Purpose
- To assist in providing a comprehensive human resources service for all the core human resources (HR) processes
Qualification(s):
- National Diploma in Human Resources/ Behavioural Sciences/Information Technology at NQF6 with 240 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
- 2 years Training or experience in human resources generalist or specialist area
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in providing an advisory service to line management and employees regarding Eskom`s Conditions of Service.
- Assist in ensuring the improvement of employee satisfaction and organisational performance.
- Assist with information to compile a workplace skills plan.
- Assist in ensuring an effective skills sourcing service to the area.
- Assist in providing support to line management to improve and maintain good people relations.
- Assist in gathering and providing management information to line management.
- Assist in facilitating the establishment and implementation of training and development processes.
