Guardrisk, an industry-leading insurer, is offering an exciting 12-month internship programmedesigned to give unemployed graduates hands-on experience, professional exposure, and personal growth opportunities within the insurance and financial services environment.
Successful candidates will join the organisation on 1 March 2026, working with teams in departments such as underwriting, claims, risk management, and finance.
Stipend: R9,250 per month
Programme Purpose
The internship aims to:
- Provide practical exposure and skills development in financial services and insurance operations.
- Offer insight into industry best practices, client service, and business processes.
- Develop understanding of insurance products, customer needs, and market trends.
- Prepare graduates for future employment by enhancing their professional competency and business acumen.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens.
- Hold a completed tertiary qualification (Degree or National Diploma).
- Be currently unemployed.
- Have not participated in any previous internship programme.
