Internship Overview:
AGSA is offering an exciting Human Resources Internship opportunity designed to provide operational support across various HR functions. This rotational programme includes exposure to Organisational Development and Change, Learning Experience, and HR Business Operations. Interns will gain hands-on experience in HR processes and contribute to employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate employee training sessions and development activities
- Support performance management and appraisal tracking
- Maintain and update HR records and databases
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Respond to basic HR queries and maintain confidentiality
- Participate in transformation and culture plans
- Provide administrative support across HR functions
- Manage internal stakeholder communication and feedback processes
- Ensure compliance with AGSA’s policies and supply chain procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial & Organisational Psychology, Social Science, or a related field
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of labour laws and HR practices
- Strong enthusiasm for learning and contributing to the HR field
