Purpose of the Learnership:
Bidvest International Logistics is offering a 12-month Learnership opportunity specifically for African females living with a disability. This program is designed to provide experience and a qualification in the Freight and Logistics industry. The qualification is registered with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO).
The Learnership will consist of theoretical and practical components across three divisions of the company, with modules completed via BIL’s eLearning platform.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
- Commitment: Must be available and committed to working full-time for 12 months.
- Interest: A strong interest in the Transport and Logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commit to a 12-month Learnership program.
- Complete both theoretical and practical components across three divisions.
- Use the BIL eLearning Platform for module completion.
- Submit a portfolio of evidence upon completion of the qualification.
