The Cisco Charitable Foundation Trust South Africa invites qualifying students to apply for the 2026 Bursary Programme. This bursary is aimed at South African students pursuing qualifications in the Information Technology sector, including Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, and Information Technology.

Fields of Study:
Students in any of the following fields may apply:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Information Technology
Including:
- B Tech (NQF Level 7)
- Honours (NQF Level 8)
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be studying in 1st to 4th year in 2026
- Combined family income of R350,000 to R600,000 per year (classified as the “missing middle”)
- Studying at a Department of Education registered public or private institution
- Must demonstrate academic excellence and financial need
- Preference will be given to equity students
