During this 23-month graduate opportunity, you will join our Validations team, gaining hands-on experience in a critical function that supports the integrity of our client and investment operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Validate transactions for retirement and unit trust products.
• Process adviser applications and check licensing.
• Confirm selected transactions with clients telephonically. 
• Ensure compliance with FICA, FAIS, and Regulation 28.
• Work with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
• Process investments accurately and on time.
• Maintain digital records of all client documents.
• Update client and adviser data on the workflow system.
• Resolve validation and compliance queries.

Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s degree in:

1. Accounting,
2. Finance,
3. Business Science,
4. Economics,
5. Law,
6. Investment Management
7. or related fields

• This is a graduate opportunity, previous working experience is not required.
