Democratic Alliance is hiring – Policy Research Internship

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the research, consulting, writing and presenting of DA policy, including documents and position papers that flow from it
• Giving practical effect to the DA’s vision of an Open Opportunity Society for All as well as the values, principles, and ideals on which it is founded
• Understanding and applying the Party’s strategy as it relates to the DA’s policy programme

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Law, or Economics
• Research experience (advantageous)
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
