Purpose: To supports multiple restaurant brands operating through a centralised delivery HUB ensuring efficient last-mile delivery operations and excellent customer service.

Locations: Johannesburg CBD, Tembisa, Soweto, Balfour Park, Katlehong, Vaal, Nelspruit, Middleburg

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery operations across multiple restaurants.
• Support restaurants, delivery drivers, and hub operations
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational & delivery issues.
• Track and report on delivery metrics in accordance with brand KPI’s.
• Assist with administration and planning.
• Ensure compliance with operational and health & safety standards.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or National Diploma in:

1. Business Management,
2. Business Administration,
3. Hospitality Management,
4. or related field

• Must have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• South African citizen
• Between the ages of 18 and 28
• Individual that has never been on a YES programme before
• Clear criminal record
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
• Not studying full-time during the programme period
