Who We Are Looking For:
We seek driven graduates who are either current Fidelity employees (internal candidates are preferred) or external applicants who meet the following criteria:

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to our business (Business, Finance, IT, Security & Risk Management, Logistics, etc.). A postgraduate degree is advantageous.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Johannesburg at own cost.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Possess core competencies: leadership potential, analytical thinking, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset.
