Who We Are Looking For:
We seek driven graduates who are either current Fidelity employees (internal candidates are preferred) or external applicants who meet the following criteria:
- A completed Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to our business (Business, Finance, IT, Security & Risk Management, Logistics, etc.). A postgraduate degree is advantageous.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Johannesburg at own cost.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Clear criminal record.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office).
- Possess core competencies: leadership potential, analytical thinking, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset.
