An exciting new opportunity has just become available at Hollard, offering a 12-month Learnership program crafted to ignite potential, build careers, and empower South Africa’s unemployed youth to thrive in the world of work in the following locations: Johannesburg(Parktown), Cape Town, Pietermaritzburg and Pretoria.
Program Offerings:
- Interactive learning environment
- Mentorship from industry experts
- Practical and theoretical training
- Obtain a nationally recognized Insurance qualification – NQF level 4 certificate
Requirements:
- Be a South African Citizen
- Completed Matric/Grade 12
- Passed English – 60% or higher and one other language
- Passed Maths – 50%
- Passed Maths literacy 60% or higher
- Not currently studying
- Not currently registered for any learnership program
- Not have previously participated in a formal learnership program in the insurance industry
- Currently unemployed or has not been employed in a corporate environment for more than six months
- Computer literacy is an advantage
