About the Role:
Join IDM as a Financial Assessor – the first point of contact for clients seeking financial guidance. You’ll provide initial financial assessments and guide clients toward debt relief solutions. This role is the first step in a fast-track career path leading to a Financial Consultant position within 6–12 months.
What You’ll Do:
- Contact and assess clients who’ve requested financial help
- Conduct light financial assessments and guide them through next steps
- Educate clients on IDM’s debt solutions
- Transfer qualified leads to Financial Consultants
- Maintain client interaction via calls and online platforms
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma (Finance-related fields preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literacy and MS Office skills
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and organizational skills
- A growth mindset and drive to advance into the Financial Consultant team
