Programme Overview

As an Apprentice in Level Year 1 at Haval Kempton Park, you will embark on a structured learning journey focused on gaining practical experience in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities

• Support team members by engaging in inventory management, including tracking parts and supplies.
• Develop customer service skills by interacting with clients and assisting in providing updates on vehicle status.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Actively engage in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance automotive knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and participating in team efforts.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrable interest in automotive technology and a passion for developing skills in this field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective customer interaction.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a practical setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred but not essential.

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a customer service role or a technical field would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with automotive tools and equipment is a plus.
