Programme Overview

The NTT DATA Graduate Programme is designed to launch the careers of talented graduates by providing hands-on work experience, structured learning, industry-recognised certifications, mentorship and exposure to some of the world’s leading technology and business solutions. 

As an Associate Graduate, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business initiatives and build the technical, professional and leadership skills needed to thrive in your career.

• Apply theoretical knowledge to solve business challenges and support innovative solutions. 
• Proactively seek opportunities to learn, grow and broaden your professional experience. 
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders across the organisation. 
• Participate in corporate social responsibility and volunteer initiatives that create meaningful impact in our communities. 
• Identify issues, risks or opportunities for improvement and escalate where appropriate. 
• Perform other duties relevant to your development and business requirements. 

Requirements

• This opportunity is suited to graduates who have completed, or are due to complete by December 2026, a three-year Diploma or Degree in: Commerce, Engineering, Information Technology,  or a related field. 
• This opportunity is ideally suited to recent graduates aged 26 and younger who are looking to launch their careers in the technology industry. 
• If not based in Johannesburg, applicants must be willing to relocate at their own cost.
