About the OPFA Legal Internship Programme
The Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator (OPFA) is offering Legal Internship opportunities for graduates interested in pension funds law, legal investigations, and complaint resolution processes.
The internship programme will run for a period of 24 months and aims to provide graduates with practical legal workplace experience within the pension funds and regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities
Successful interns will:
- Attend to walk-in pension fund complaints
- Assist with lodging new complaints
- Draft and send correspondence to parties
- Conduct investigations into complaints
- Draft determinations according to workflow requirements
- Maintain complaint files and records
- Follow up on responses and undertakings
- Request investigation reports
- Save responses and documents on the Respond software system
- Submit weekly and monthly statistics to team leaders
