About the Learnership
This Services SETA-accredited learnership combines remote learning and hands-on workplace experience to help learners complete a Business Administration NQF Level 3 qualification. Participants will engage in practical tasks while attending 2 remote learning days per month via Google Meets and complete structured self-study.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather and report information
- Manage and maintain booking systems
- Participate in meetings and document communication
- Use technology to produce and manage information
- Conduct basic office-based research
- Organise travel, meetings, and events
- Demonstrate teamwork and business etiquette
- Understand basic employment relations

Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Post-matric qualification (NQF Level 5/6/7 or higher)
- Computer literacy and basic IT proficiency
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively
- Good physical health and professional appearance
