About the Programme
This 12-month fixed-term learnership provides a blend of theoretical training and practical workplace experience. Learners will receive instruction in essential business and administrative skills, including:
- Business Operations and Customer Service
- Computer Skills
- Business Accounting
- Communication and Maths Literacy
- Entrepreneurship
During the practical phase, learners will support departmental managers through administrative duties to prepare for long-term career success.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- South African citizenship
- Must be living with a disability
- Interest in administration and office support
- Willingness to commit to a 12-month programme
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in all training and workplace activities
- Complete all assessments and evaluations successfully
- Provide effective administrative support in the assigned department
- Learn and apply Sasol’s policies and procedures
