About the Learnership
SPAR is offering learnership opportunities aimed at empowering unemployed youth by providing practical workplace experience and accredited training within the retail and distribution environment. Applications for the learnership are now open at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre, where successful candidates will be based for a period of twelve (12) months. The programme is designed to equip participants with essential skills and workplace exposure, with a total of fifty (70) learners to be placed on the learnership, supporting youth development and improving employability.

Minimum Requirements
- Must have Grade 12 / Matric
- Currently unemployed
- Currently not studying towards another qualification
- Must be aged between 18 – 34 years
