Job Description
To ensure the safety and security of individuals and property by implementing tactical strategies, responding to emergencies, conducting investigations, and providing direct support in high-risk conflict and threat situations.
Requirements
- Valid PSIRA Grade A/B registration.
- Firearm Competence for Business Purposes in Handgun, Rifle & Shotgun.
- Certification in tactical operations, SWAT, or similar training programs.
- Previous experience in Tactical Response, military, or security roles.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical fitness and endurance to perform tactical duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tactical operations to neutralize threats and de-escalate conflict situations.
- Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate assistance as needed.
- Coordinate and collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergencies.
- Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports for prosecution.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop tactical plans to mitigate potential threats.
- Monitor, maintain, and operate tactical equipment and firearms safely and effectively.
- Assist with the execution of search warrants and other law enforcement operations.
