Purpose of the Programme
The Tharisa Graduate Programme is designed to provide recent graduates with real industry exposure, workplace mentorship, and essential business and technical skills aligned with their field of study.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- N-Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (as listed above)
- No prior work experience, internship, or graduate programme participation in the field
- Strong academic performance
- Basic computer literacy
- Medically fit
Preference Will Be Given To:
- South African Citizens only
- Applicants from local communities/labour sending areas
- Female candidates, in line with Employment Equity
