About the TymeBank In-Store Brand Ambassador Role
TymeBank is one of South Africa’s leading digital banks and has partnered with major retailers such as Pick n Pay and Boxer Superstores. Customers can conveniently open accounts using TymeBank self-service kiosks located inside these stores.
As an In-Store Brand Ambassador, you will represent the TymeBank brand by engaging with customers, explaining the benefits of digital banking, and helping them register for new bank accounts.
This role combines customer service, sales, and financial services experience, making it an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to build a long-term career.
Monthly Stipend
Successful candidates can earn a monthly stipend of approximately R5,500, depending on the programme and placement.
Job Responsibilities
As a TymeBank Brand Ambassador, your duties may include:
Assisting customers with opening TymeBank accounts
Promoting TymeBank banking products and services
Explaining the benefits of digital banking
Helping customers use TymeBank self-service kiosks
Providing excellent customer service
Answering customer questions
Meeting daily or monthly registration targets
Maintaining a professional image while representing the TymeBank brand
