Internship Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive Client Service Intern to join our Client Service team. If you’re passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and bringing creative projects to life, this internship is for you.

 

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Service team in managing day-to-day client relationships.
• Assist with coordinating projects from briefing through to delivery.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
• Help develop client presentations, status reports, and project documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams, including Strategy, Creative, Experience Design, Production, and Media, to ensure projects stay on track.
• Monitor project timelines and support with workflow coordination.
• Assist with gathering client feedback and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support client recommendations.
• Learn agency processes, campaign development, and integrated marketing communication

Requirements

• Is studying or has completed a qualification in:

1. Marketing,
2. Communications,
3. Advertising,
4. Business,
5. Public Relations,
6. or a related field.

• Loves working with people and building relationships.
• Be organised and pays full attention to detail.
• Enjoys juggling different tasks without dropping the ball.
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Is curious, proactive, and always asking, “How can I help?”
